Making Izmir meatballs, one of the most delicious dishes of Izmir cuisine, is very easy with the package product prepared by Kanarya Butcher for you.
1 package Kanarya Butcher Izmir meatballs (500 gr),
4 green peppers,
FOR THE SAUCE:
2 tablespoons olive oil,
1 dessert spoon tomato paste,
2 grated tomatoes,
2 cups hot water,
1 teaspoon black pepper, flaked red pepper and salt.
The potatoes are neatly peeled and sliced into apple slices, while the tomatoes are chopped into rings. The green peppers are plucked from the stems and cut in half. Fry the meatballs on a low heat without oil and take them on a plate. Fry the potatoes and peppers in olive oil and take them to a plate. Then put the potatoes on a tray and line the meatballs on top. Place the peppers and tomatoes between them. In a pan, add the tomato paste, grated tomato, 1 teaspoon black pepper, flaked red pepper, salt and 2 cups hot water and mix. After pouring the sauce over the meatballs, bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees. Bake the meatballs in the oven until the peppers and tomatoes are browned for 20 minutes.
