Meat Sauté With Mushroom


400 grams of veal

1 grated tomato

1 dessert spoon tomato paste

2 onions

4 tablespoons olive oil

250 grams of mushrooms

2 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper


Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a wet cloth. Remove the stems as well and finely chop.

Cut the meat finely in julienne form. Chop the onions finely.

Take the meat in a pan, start cooking by lightly sealing both sides. Take olive oil and onions when the meat releases light water.

After sautéing the onions nicely, put them on a low heat and add the grated tomatoes and tomato paste. Close the lid of the pan.

Meanwhile, in a separate pan, lightly saute the mushrooms with a little olive oil.

When the meat absorbs the water, add the mushrooms and grated garlic. Continue to cook, stirring over high heat. Add olive oil if necessary.

Add salt and spices to it when cooked. Mix well and serve hot.
