Pasta Wıth Bolognese Sauce


Our recipe, in which minced meat meets pasta and is colored with vegetables, is both very practical and very delicious.

Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS:

FOR PASTA:

1 packet of pasta

1 liter of water

1 tablespoon olive oil


1 dessert spoon salt

 

FOR BOLOGNESE SAUCE:

300 grams of minced meat

1 medium onion

1 medium carrot

2 medium tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 dessert spoon tomato paste

½ cup water

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

 

METHOD:

Boil the water. Put the pasta, salt and olive oil in the boiling water. Strain 8-10 minutes after the pasta has reached the desired cooking level.

 

FOR BOLOGNESE SAUCE:

Chop the onion and tomato into cubes. Grate the carrot. Put olive oil in the pan and heat well. Add the onion and carrot then fry in the pan that you heat. Add the minced meat you bought from The Kanarya Butcher on top of the roasted vegetables and keep roasting. After the minced meat is roasted, add the tomato paste and tomato and continue cooking. Add the water, salt and pepper, which you have reserved while boiling the pasta, and cover the bottom when the sauce has the consistency. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and stir and serve hot.

 

CHEF'S NOTE: If you want, you can bake the pasta in a baking dish by pouring the sauce on it and grating the Kasseri.
