  • We deliver our genuine curly lambs, which we have chosen from the Balıkesir region, by cutting and processing them according to your request. You can specify how you want to process our lambs, which you can choose in the range of 15 to 20 kg, by writing them in the product note, or by contacting us on our WhatsApp line.

    If you do not specify any notes;

    1) One Lamb Neck is sliced with bones and packaged.

    2) Two lamb arm shanks are separated from the lamb arm and packed as whole.

    3) Two lamb arms are packed in boned pieces.

    4) One rack of lamb is packed in the form of pencil chops.

    5) Two ribs are sliced and packaged.

    6) The lamb cavity part is packed by making minced meat.

    7) One lamb tenderloin is packed together with 2 pieces of boneless whole and 2 pieces of sirloin.

    8) Two lamb leg shanks are separated from the lamb leg and packaged as whole shank.

    9) Two lamb legs are separated from their bones and packed by dicing them in a cubed shape.

    10) Only lamb kidneys are sent as offal.

    11) The remaining bones are packed and sent to you.

    12) The wastage of lamb is not included in the kilogram of the whole lamb product. All our lambs are weighed precisely.
